Currently, ProStructures can export DGN to IFC but cannot import IFC. It would be great to have IFC Import feature in ProStructures as well as it should be able to have intelligence or can be converted to intelligence via changing to Physical model for further detailing.
Other software do have this feature and also have the option to convert IFC data to native Steel element after Import.

It is very important that prostructure be able to have the IFC import function enabled. The interoperability of the BIM methodology makes this necessary in project work.
